CURVES IN ALL THE
RIGHT PLACES

In patchwork, sewing curves is often seen as a difficult
technique to master.

This workshop will teach you how to sew curves that are cut
freehand and curves cut with a template, as well as how to
create curves with decorative yarns and stitching.

There are two different projects to choose from: a cushion cover
(for less experienced sewers) and a small wall hanging (for those
with more experience who want to extend their creative skills).

Borders, basic machine quilting and bindings are common to
both projects, with some three dimensional elements added
to the wall hanging. A second cushion cover can be made
from the leftover blocks.

These are small, fun and achievable projects.
